Is there melatonin in Nightly Greens?
No, Nightly Greens uses a focus on nutrition such as vitamins, minerals, and amino acids to promote sleep. It contains no added melatonin.
Is Nightly Greens refundable?
Due to the nature of Nightly Greens being consumable, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been opened or used. This policy is in place to ensure:
- Customer Safety: For the protection of all our customers, we cannot resell any product that has been opened or potentially tampered with.
- Quality Assurance: Maintaining the highest standards for safety and product integrity is our top priority, and this includes ensuring that every product shipped meets our strict guidelines.
If there is a concern about your order or the product you received, we’d be happy to look into alternative solutions to address the issue.
How much water should I mix with Nightly Greens?
We recommend mixing one scoop of Nightly Greens with 8oz-16oz of water.
Can I take Nightly Greens with other liquids than water?
Sure! We encourage you to try new ideas other than 8oz-16oz of water. Some people enjoy mixing it with a glass of milk, others make fruit smoothies :) The only thing we do not encourage is taking Nightly Greens with alcohol.
Can I take Nightly Greens with alcohol?
No we do not recommend taking Nightly Greens with alcohol.
What is the best time to take Nightly Greens?
We recommend 30-60 minutes before bed. However, because Nightly Greens is taken with liquids, it may promote urination in the middle of the night and if going to bed with an empty bladder is your goal, is it perfectly fine to take it as early as 2-3 hours before bed.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
To Pause or Cancel your subscription:
1) Please login to your account associated with the email address that you used to complete your purchase and skip to step 6. If you did not yet make an account, don’t worry - it’s easy.
2 Please visit the NightlyGreens.com home page. Click on the user profile button on the top right of the page if on desktop, and if you are using a mobile device, it will be on the bottom after you click of the navigation bars in a dark blue button labeled - Login.
3) After you’ve clicked this, simply choose the option that says - Create account.
4) After you’ve created your account, you will have to verify the account through the email verification link that was sent to your email.
5) After you have completed the email verification please login to your account.
6) When you are logged in, on the main page called My Account, you will see a link called Manage Subscription. On Desktop, this will be on the right side of the page, above account details. On mobile, this will be in the center of the page, still above the Account details section.
7) After you have opened the page to manage your subscription, you will find the option to pause or cancel you subscription.
How do I continue a paused subscription?
To Pause or Cancel your subscription:
1) Please login to your account associated with the email address that you used to complete your purchase and paused your subscription with.
2) When you are logged in, on the main page called My Account, you will see a link called Manage Subscription. On Desktop, this will be on the right side of the page, above account details. On mobile, this will be in the center of the page, still above the Account details section.
7) After you have opened the page to manage your subscription, you will find the option to "Resume subscription" in green. By clicking this you will then be given the option to confirm your subscription to Nightly Greens.
How does Nightly Greens impact sleep?
Nightly Greens uses nutrition to promote better sleep in three ways:
The first way, can be thought of as the immediate way. With minerals such as Magnesium, and amino acids such as Glycine, GABA, and Theanine, roles such as relaxation and thermoregulation regulation in the central nervous system are enhanced and will allow most people to achieve better sleep as early as the first night taking Nightly Greens.*
The second way, can be thought of as the direct-consistency way. When one consistently has sufficient levels of vitamins and minerals in their body, they are a building a nutritional foundation that will contribute to the production of hormones such as melatonin, and nucleosides such as adenosine, that need to be produced by our bodies daily and play a big role in sleep health. *
The third way, can be thought of as the indirect-consistency way, or symptomatic prevention for sleep health. Meaning, the absence of a compromised immune system, or gastrointestinal issues, or even mood depression are indirectly but consistently contributing to better sleep, every night that someone does not have these issues. *
Can I take Nightly Greens if I am pregnant?
Before taking any supplement during pregnancy, it's really important to talk to your doctor or a healthcare provider. Some supplements, even natural ones, may not be safe or could affect your pregnancy in ways you're not aware of. Your doctor can guide you based on your specific needs, like whether certain vitamins or nutrients are necessary for you and your baby, and they can help you avoid anything that might be harmful.
Should I take Nightly Greens every night?
Nightly Greens is generally considered safe for nightly use. However, as with any supplement, if you have concerns about potential sensitivities to specific ingredients or if you have unique lifestyle considerations, we strongly recommend consulting with your doctor or primary care physician before taking Nightly Greens every night.
Can I give Nightly Greens to my child?
